Reservation: A reservation is only valid after booking confirmation by the hotel.

Cancellation: A cancellation unti two days before reservation date is free of cost, at a later cancellation 80% of the reservation value can be charged. A stay longer than 3 days a cancellation is free of cost until 7 days berfore reservation date. About different cancellation terms the guest will be informed separately. Cancellations can only be done by Fax or Email. For group reservations of a contingent of more than 3 rooms a cancellation is free of cost until 8 weeks before reservation date, if there is no other agreement.
