When Babette and Leonhard Wender in 1918 overtook the small farm with an inn, they would never have imagined that it would develop into a large hotel. Today, the 4th generation is running this hotel and thanks to modern technologies it is a good example of how comfort and environmental protection can go together.
Our hotel is located in the countryside on the outskirt area of the town Vehlberg. Vehlberg is located in the middle of the tri-city area of Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl and Ansbach. The city’s location is very convenient for traffic.
Every landmark of the region is reachable easily, as for example Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Dinkelsbühl, Frankonian lakes land, Schloss Schillingsfürst (falconry), open air museum Bad Windsheim, Kreuzgangspiele Feuchtwangen and many others.
